Widgets 

Widgets make it easier than ever to stay informed and organised with key information at your fingertips. Here’s a quick overview of the new widgets available on your work mobile app:

  • Holiday Balances: Keep track of your remaining holiday entitlement and upcoming leave at a glance. This widget updates in real-time, so you’ll always know how many days you have left to plan your next getaway. 
  • Birthday Widget: When opening the app on your birthday, you'll receive a birthday message. 

Favourite Tools 

Placing favourite tools on the homepage streamlines your experience, allowing you to access commonly used tools with just one click. This reduces the time and effort spent navigating through menus and different areas of the app. 

Currently (depending on your access and subscription with Alkimii) you will be able to add a combination of these tools for quicker access.
