How to view your roster on Mobile?

In the dynamic landscape of busy schedules, having the ability to effortlessly access and plan for your upcoming week is crucial. This article is crafted to empower users with step-by-step instructions on how to seamlessly view their roster for the upcoming week via the mobile app. Join us as we explore the simplicity of navigating your schedule, ensuring that planning and organizing your workweek becomes a seamless and efficient part of your mobile app experience.

Launch the Alkimii App on your mobile.  Your default view will be the home page. To locate your roster, click on "My Schedule", the second icon to right on the bottom navigation bar.  Within the "My Schedule" view, select "Roster"

Your default view will be the current week. You can toggle back and forth through the weeks to view the shifts rostered.  You will be able to distinguish between the shift types you have been rostered for on a given day, whether it's normal, holiday, bank holiday or absent.

💡Please note:

The colour displayed on the date will reflect the colour assigned to the shift or shift pre-set in the week roster screen. This is a helpful way to distinguish certain pre-sets that you may have allocated to areas/locations/roles within your department.

Please be advised that any notes added within the following shift types will also appear on the mobile roster view:  Normal Vacation Training Bank Holiday  Statutory Training  Departmental Training If your site has Shift Update Notifications enabled, any changes made to a shift after the roster has been published will trigger a notification to the team member via their Alkimii app.

⚠️ If your site has been configured with this option, you can view your clock-in and clock-out times, along with the paid hours, displayed beneath your rostered shift. This information is updated daily. If you would like this enabled, please contact our customer success team.
