Top Bar

Along the top of the app, you'll find four icons giving you quick access to key areas: Awards, News, Notifications and your Profile.

Site Selector

If you have access to multiple sites, the site selector allows you to easily swap between them, so you're always viewing the right information for the property you're working at.

Your Day at a Glance

Your homepage gives you a snapshot of the information that matters most to you, right when you open the app. Depending on your access and alkimii subscription you will have a range of options to choose from. This allows you to see exactly where you stand for the day, without needing to dig through separate areas of the app.

Birthday Widget: When opening the app on your birthday, you'll receive a birthday message.

Favourite Tools

Placing favourite tools on the homepage streamlines your experience, allowing you to access commonly used tools with just one click. This reduces the time and effort spent navigating through menus and different areas of the app.

Currently (depending on your access and subscription with Alkimii) you will be able to add a combination of these tools for quicker access.

Stay up to date with the latest announcements and updates from your team. A preview of the most recent news posts appears on your homepage, and a red bubble with a number will appear on the News icon in the top bar if there are new posts waiting for you.

Keep track of your latest notifications, including comments, mentions and updates relevant to you, all previewed conveniently on your homepage.

Chat

Enjoy instant and real-time communication, whether you're seeking quick answers, collaborating with team members, or participating in community discussions. The convenience of chat extends to its accessibility on the go, ensuring you stay connected at all times without the need for app switching. This feature is particularly useful for professional settings, offering a seamless channel for sharing updates, ideas, and feedback. With notification capabilities, personalized settings, and the ability to share multimedia content, our chat feature is designed to provide a dynamic, engaging, and user-centric experience.

Quick Create

The Quick Create button gives you one-tap access to the tool you use most often, right from the navigation bar. Based on your permissions and package, this is customisable, so you might set it to open Leave Requests, Shift Notes, AI Maintenance or Clock In, whatever suits your role best. Tapping the button opens straight into that module, ready for you to begin, without needing to navigate through menus first.

My Schedule

Here's your dedicated space to effortlessly access your upcoming week's roster or submit time-off requests. Easily track your holiday balances, including bank holidays, and seamlessly request leave—all conveniently consolidated in one area. Stay informed about the status of your requests by viewing approvals or pending actions for quick reference. It's your go-to hub for managing your schedule and time-off requests with ease.
