Alkimiis Check-Ins feature brings the power of organization and efficiency right to your fingertips, making it simpler than ever to manage your scheduled Check Ins. Whether you’re looking to fill out upcoming check in forms or reflect on completed interactions, this article will show you how to utilize filters for date ranges, feedback and statuses. This ensures you never miss a beat, keeping you informed and prepared for every check in, regardless of its stage—pending, in progress, or completed. If a Check In has been scheduled, you will now be able to see it within your Alkimii Appointments on mobile. For more information on Alkimii Appointments, click here!
- Launch the Alkimii App
- If you have already set up your favourite tools, you can select "Check Ins" from your favourites.

- Alternatively, navigate to "More" on the bottom right of the navigation bar. From your Alkimii tools, click "Check Ins"
- Your default view will display all Check Ins in consecutive order
- Use the filter options to help you locate the Check In
- If you have "Pending" Check Ins, use the status filter to find all pending items. Once filtered, locate the check ins you wish to action and click on it. This will direct you to the "completing a check in" screen.
Pending check inss refer to any check in sent that has not yet been started.
- Similarly, if you wish to continue filling out the details for a check in in progress you can filter the status by "In Progress", locate the check in you wish to action and click on it. This will direct you to the "completing a check in" screen.
In Progress check inss refer to any check ins that have been started but not yet completed.
