- Open the Alkimii App on your mobile. Navigate to "MySchedule" on the bottom right of the navigation bar. From your Alkimii tools, click "Appointments"
- Your default view is this calendar month, with coloured dots reflecting your scheduled appointments. These appointments link directly with those created within the desktop.
- You can see the breakdown of meetings beneath the calendar, including any "Check Ins" scheduled.
- If you wish to see more information relating to a specific appointment, simply click on the appointment name.
- This will bring up the appointment details, beginning with the "Start and End Date & Times", the type and category, organiser, list of attendees, any notes that have been entered on the desktop, the site and prospect (if applicable), meeting reason, location, agenda and tasks.
- You can mark the agenda items as they are covered in your appointment by clicking on the checkbox to mark this off.
- Similarly, any tasks can also be marked complete by clicking the checkbox
