Efficiently Manage Your Surveys with Status Filters for a Streamlined Experience

In today’s dynamic environment, staying connected and responsive is more important than ever—especially when it comes to giving feedback. With our mobile app’s Surveys feature, engaging with surveys has never been simpler or more efficient. Whether you’re on a coffee break or commuting, you can access, manage, and respond to surveys at your fingertips. This guide will walk you through how to seamlessly navigate through your surveys, using filters to sort them by status—whether they’re pending, in progress, or completed. Let’s dive into making your opinion count, anytime and anywhere, with just a few taps.

• Launch the Alkimii App
• If you have already set up your favourite tools, you can select "Surveys" from your favourites. 

• Alternatively, navigate to "More" on the bottom right of the navigation bar. From your Alkimii tools, click Surveys 

• Your default view will display all Surveys in consecutive order

• Use the filter options to help you locate the Surveys

• If you have "Pending" Surveys, use the status filter to find all pending items. Once filtered, locate the survey you wish to action and click on it. This will direct you to the "completing a survey" screen.
