Managing your suppliers efficiently is crucial for the smooth operation of any business. Alkimiis supplier feature on mobile allows you to quickly add and locate supplier details on the go, saving you valuable time. In this article, we will walk you through the steps to add supplier details, ensuring you have all the information you need at your fingertips for seamless supplier management.

Launch the Alkimii App
If you have already set up your favourite tools, you can select "Suppliers" from your favourites.

For help adding or editing your favourite tools, click here!

Alternatively, navigate to "More" on the bottom right of the navigation bar. From your Alkimii tools, click "Suppliers"

How to add a Supplier?

Click "Add a Supplier" at the bottom of the screen.
A pop up will prompt you to create the supplier contact.
Add an attachment- such as image of the suppliers ID or any documentation
Enter the name of the supplier
Select the category of business from the dropdown menu that the supplier is related too.
Enter the email address, mobile number and address of the supplier.
Add any notes or additional information for future reference in the free text field.
Your information will automatically be logged as the creator of this entry.
Click "Save" to create the visitor pass.
