The Team directory has been designed with this very purpose in mind, offering an intuitive way to navigate through a directory for your site, no matter where you are. This article introduces you to the enhanced features of our latest update, which include advanced filtering by site, department, and job title, along with an improved search function to locate specific team members swiftly.
- Launch the Alkimii App on your mobile.
- Your default view is the home page. If you have your favourite tools set up, you can simply select "Team Directory" from your options.

- Alternatively, navigate to "More" on the bottom navigation bar and click Team Directory from the option.
- Within this view, you can see a list of all employees within your site.
- You have several filter options available to choose from including the site, department and job title.
- Alternatively, you can use the search bar function to locate specific employees as needed
If you are an organisation that has access to multiple sites, you can filter between those sites to quickly locate the management team.
- You will see a breakdown of employee details including their name; their department; the site they work in and their length of service for quick reference.
