  • If you have already set up your favourite tools, you can select "Checklists" from your favourites. For help adding or editing your favourite tools, click here
  • Alternatively, navigate to "More" on the bottom right of the navigation bar. From your Alkimii tools, click "Checklists"

2. Default Checklist View

Your default view will display a list of all checklists associated with your site. You have the option to filter your checklists to quickly locate the one you wish to action.

  • You can filter by
    • Category
    • Frequency
    • Due date

3. Due and Overdue Checklists

  • To see the checklists due today or overdue, select the option from "Due Date" dropdown menu and select "Apply filter" or simply swipe down.
  • Each listed checklist will display:
    • The progress of the checklist
    • A fraction (e.g 3/10) showing tasks completed out of the total
  • Once the checklists due today have been completed, they will be cleared from the due today screen

6. Logging and Viewing Issues
  • To view the history on a specific checklist, you click on the arrow icon on the top right-hand corner of your checklist.
  • Here you will see a breakdown of the tasks outstanding and completed with user, time and date stamp for quick reference.

For example, in a restaurant, fridge temperature logs are recorded on a checklist. If an inspector queries food storage, version history shows who logged the checks and when, proving compliance with HACCP standards.
