  • Launch the Alkimii App
  • If you have already set up your favourite tools, you can select "Checklists" from your favourites.

  • Alternatively, navigate to "More" on the bottom right of the navigation bar. From your Alkimii tools, click "Checklists"

  • Your default view will display a list of all checklists associated with your site. You have the option to filter your checklists to quickly locate the one you wish to action. 
  • You can filter by category, frequency of the checklist or due date.

  • If you wish to locate the checklists due today or monitor those that are overdue, select the option from "Due Date" dropdown menu and select "Apply filter" or swipe down.

  • Each listed checklist will display the progression of the checklist and a fraction display for the number of tasks completed out of the full list of tasks.

  • Once the checklists due today have been completed, they will be cleared from the due today screen
  • To complete any of these overdue checklists, you must complete all tasks associated with this checklist.

  • Should any issues be logged during the completion of a checklist, this will be flagged with a warning triangle symbol as the issue will likely need to be actioned by a member of the maintenance team. 
  • You can view the issue on your sites checklists by clicking the desired checklist and scrolling through the tasks to find the item task marked in red displaying the issues icon
    • Tap on the task to find out more about the issue that has been logged
    • You can also leave a comment or action on the issue

  • To view the history on a specific checklist, you can also do this by clicking on the clock icon on the top right-hand corner of your checklist
  • This will display all version history for this checklist depending on the frequency. The progress of the checklist,
