This new feature allows your team to view all their appointments directly within Alkimii, making it especially convenient for Check Ins booked with your team.
With Appointments, you can easily gain insights into each appointment, including viewing the organiser, attendees, agenda, and associated tasks. Stay organised and informed, ensuring your team is always prepared and on track.

Plus, this feature will now highlight if a job description is missing for the selected job title, ensuring your employees receive all their necessary documents. If, for example, when sending a pack to multiple recipients, you see job titles that are missing a description, you can quickly add the missing descriptions (once you have the permission).

Citizenship For Employment
We're excited to announce an update to our Staff Profiles fields: the addition of a Citizenship field. Now, you can distinguish between nationality and citizenship, improving our data analytics for more comprehensive and accurate metrics.
Note: To ensure accurate diversity reporting, encourage your team members to update their nationality if necessary.
Use Case: Consider a Brazilian employee holding Italian citizenship. While their nationality is Brazilian, their citizenship of employment is Italian. With Alkimii, this distinction ensures accurate visa requirements are identified, reflecting the employee's visa-exempt status based on their Italian citizenship.
