How to add or edit an employee's Personal Details on the Desktop?

The personal details area has been broken down into 7 key areas of information. Use our quick links below to jump to the section you would like to add or edit. Make sure to click "Save" in the bottom right corner whenever you make a change to the details. 

Please note

The employee is able to update their personal details via the mobile app, click here to learn more. 

Personal 

This information will usually populate from the information submitted by the employee in their starter pack. 

  • Citizenship: This information is based on the citizenship of employment. This distinction ensures accurate visa requirements are identified. 
  • Nationality: The employee's nationality

Contact Details 

This information will usually populate from the information submitted by the employee in their starter pack. Their personal email and Alkimii login email can be different so don't panic if they do not match. 

Passport & Driving License

This information will usually populate from the information submitted by the employee in their starter pack.

 

Address

This information will usually populate from the information submitted by the employee in their starter pack.

Education

This information will usually populate from the information submitted by the employee in their starter pack. 

  • To add additional items, click on "Add" and use the dropdown menu to build out this educational history by Title and Subject. 
  • Once you have completed the entry, hit "Save" in the bottom right

Emergency Contacts 

This information will usually populate from the information submitted by the employee in their starter pack. 

  • To add additional contacts, click on "Add" and fill out the details accordingly. 
  • Once you have completed the entry, hit "Save" in the bottom right
