How to send a Pack to an employee in HR Automation?
Effortless Employee Engagement: A Comprehensive Guide to Sending Packs in Alkimii
- Once the pack has been created in the "Packs" screen you now have the ability to send this to your employees.
- Under Actions, you will see a blue arrow icon. Click on this.
- You will be directed to a pop-up window which will allow you to specify the individuals you wish to send the pack to.
You will need to select the following from the dropdown, as this is very important:

⚠️ Please note: The process of sending a pack has the same functionality as setting up and selecting employees to add to a group chat.
- The forms added to this pack will be listed in the pop-up. Please double-check these are correct before you send the pack out.

⚠️ If you are sending this pack to multiple individuals, you can preview it as this user by selecting their name from the drop-down menu in the top left.
- Click Send once you are happy to issue the pack to the employee/s
- The log of this will be visible on the system, informing you of how many staff members the pack was sent out to, along with a time and date stamp. This information will also be available in the version history.
