π Introducing Polls: Enhance Your Surveys!
As part of our comprehensive Check Ins, Moments, and Surveys package, we're thrilled to introduce Pollsβan enhancement to our Surveys feature. Now, you can add polls to Group Chats and News, fostering greater engagement and collaboration within your team.
Create polls with public or anonymous votes, and configure them with multiple or single questions. Quickly view responses via our surveys dashboard, gaining valuable insights in real-time. Elevate your survey experience and drive meaningful interactions with Polls!
Use Cases:
1. Team Decision Making: Use polls to gather input from team members when making decisions. For example, if your team is deciding on the location for the next team-building event, create a poll with options for different venues. Team members can vote on their preferred choice, and the most popular option can be selected.
2. Event Attendance Confirmation: Create a poll to gather RSVPs for an upcoming event. For instance, if you're organising a company outing, you can create a poll asking employees whether they will be attending.

New Favourites Location
Our Favorites Bar has been slightly repositioned to the top.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance usability, we'll be gently updating the top navigation bar and filter areas to reduce space and improve the overall user experience. Our goal is to make Alkimii easier to use, and this change increases space on your Alkimii screens giving you more room to view content.
Don't worry; the transition will be slow and gradual, but you'll soon notice the improvement in usability! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to refine and optimise Alkimii user experience.

We're thrilled to announce a significant enhancement to your Alkimii experience: mobile access to your documents! We've expanded the functionality that was previously available on the web, now making it accessible directly from your mobile devices through the Alkimii app.

- Convenient Review: Users can easily access and review sections within their contracts or company handbooks for guidance, anytime, anywhere.
- Enhanced Accessibility: No more need to log onto a different device to view signed documentation. With the My Alkimii app, all your important documents are just a tap away.
- Added Security: For an extra layer of security, access to documents on mobile now requires biometric verification such as Face ID on iPhones or fingerprint ID on Android devices.
This update allows users to have access to their documents on the go, ensuring seamless access and convenience for all users.

Introducing Time in lieu - Manageable / And on Calendar
We're excited to announce a new feature in Alkimii that enhances employee flexibility and management: Time in Lieu requests. Now, if enabled, employees can easily request Time in Lieu directly through our platform, streamlining the process.
Key Features:
-Flexible Request Handling: Employees can submit Time in Lieu requests conveniently through their Alkimii account, allowing them to manage their time more effectively.
-Transparent Visibility: Managers can filter and view Time in Lieu requests alongside other leave types, ensuring comprehensive oversight.
Use Case: Imagine an employee working extra hours to meet a project deadline. Instead of overtime pay, they prefer to accumulate Time in Lieu. With Alkimii's new feature, the employee can submit a request for Time in Lieu, specifying the hours worked and when they would like to take their compensatory time off.

Introducing Resend Pack Notifications
We've introduced a new feature to streamline your workflow: Resend Pack Notifications. Now, if you've assigned a handbook or any other document for signing, but the recipient hasn't responded yet, you can easily send a follow-up notification. You will have the flexibility to resend notifications for any incomplete packs awaiting a response for a specific period that you can select.
Use Case:
You've onboarded a number of employees over the last 5 weeks who have all received their starter packs. However, there are still some packs pending completion by these new hires. With Resend Pack Notifications, you can simply select a date range for the last 5 weeks which will send a notification for any outstanding packs within this time frame to be signed again. This ensures that important documents are not overlooked and deadlines are met efficiently, keeping you in line with compliance.

- Chat: Whenever you are mentioned in a conversation, you'll receive a notification on your mobile device. Clicking this notification now brings you directly to the message in which you were mentioned, streamlining your communication and ensuring you never miss important discussions.
These features are also available on the web, allowing for seamless integration across platforms.

This update allows you to filter team members by site, department, and job title, providing a seamless way to access the information you need. Searching for a specific team member has never been easier, ensuring you can quickly find who you're looking for.
Please note that, for now, this feature is available on mobile only, but we're working diligently to extend it to our web platform as well.

With Evac List, Alkimii generates a list of your on-duty team members, and any visitors to your site (provided you have Alkimii People), ensuring that your team remains prepared and informed during emergency situations.
When an appointed fire marshal starts an evacuation, your team receives push notifications instantly to their My Akimii app and web, providing real-time alerts wherever they are. The fire marshal can then mark each team member off the list, which automatically synchronises between mobile and web. Furthermore, upon opening the Alkimii app, a red banner alerts your team to the emergency situation, enhancing awareness and supporting safety protocols.
This feature is critical for ensuring safety and compliance, empowering teams with real-time alerts and facilitating swift action during evacuations.
