- Access HR Automation via the Mega Menu
- Your default view will be the "HR Queue" with a list of all packs with the status of "Approval Required". You can amend your default view or save views on this screen.
- In this view, you will be able to filter the list to locate specific packs using the following options:

Deleted | Show Deleted | This will display your deleted packs |
User | User | A list of all your employees |
Sites | Sites | If you have access to multiple sites you can filter to a specific site. |
Newer Than | Requested After | Calendar with date picker |
Request Status | Request Status |
"Awaiting Response" "Required Approval" "Approved" |
Request Type | Request Type |
"Profile Change"; "Add on Pack", "Starter Pack", "Leaver Pack" |
Flagged Answers | With Flagged Answers |
Any pack that contains key questions that may require extra attention with appear with a flagged answers. |
- You have the ability to create saved views for your frequently filtered options, if applicable.

- The actions available to you will depend on the status of the pack.
- If your pack is "Awaiting Response" or "Approved" you will see the option to view the pack itself and monitor the pack history, chat and soft delete.
- If your pack is "Approval Required", you will see an option to mark the pack as approved, view history, chat and soft delete.
- If your pack is "Awaiting Response" or "Approved" you will see the option to view the pack itself and monitor the pack history, chat and soft delete.

- Other actions available to you include
- View History - this allows you to review and monitor the status of the pack. It will keep track of when the pack was sent, opened, viewed, signed and completed.

- Chat with "Employee"- this allows you to open a direct chat link with the employee should you need to discuss or follow up with your employee.

- Delete - this allows you to soft delete a pack which may no longer be required or that you may have sent out in error.
If you delete a pack, you will still be able to see the history associated with the pack under the "Show Deleted" filter.
