Employee Experience: A Step-by-Step Article on creating and reviewing the Polls Feature in Surveys to Enhance Communication and Collaboration

Clear communication and engagement are essential. Our Polls feature, an extension of the popular Surveys tool, lets you create and share polls directly in group chats and the newsfeed, so you can quickly gather insights and encourage collaboration across your team. In this article, we’ll show you how to use Polls to enhance interaction, support faster decisions, and ensure every voice is heard.

Polls is a free update included in our Check Ins, Moments, and Surveys add-on. Learn more about this upgrade here. https://www.alkimii.com/solutions/employee-engagement

Reviewing Responses

  • This feature is an extension of the Surveys feature in Alkimii, so any responses received will sit within the surveys area of Alkimii.
  • This is located along the left navigation bar in the menu

If this is not visible you may not have the permissions or have upgraded to Check Ins, Moments and Surveys. For more information on this product please contact our Customer Success Team at hello@alkimii.com

  • Your default view will be Survey Responses. Select Poll Responses from the heading along the top.
  • Here you can see all polls created both publicly and anonymously.
  • The filter options will help you to quickly locate the poll responses you might be looking for.
  • You will be able to see who created the poll when it was created, whether it was created as News or Message and the number of votes received.
