This article will help you to complete a checklist manually on the desktop.
- Launch Alkimii on the Desktop
- Use the menu to navigate to Checklists > Manage Checklists. You can use the search bar to quickly locate checklists in the menu.
- Your default view will display a list of all checklists associated with your site. You have the option to filter your checklists to quickly locate the one you wish to action. You can filter by category, frequency, role and status of the checklist.
- Once you find the specific checklist either click on the eye icon under the actions column or on the checklist name to start completing the checklist tasks.
- To complete a task or subtask, simply tick the checkbox to the left of the task name. If the task has subtasks listed, you can either tick each subtask checkbox or just tick the parent task checkbox to complete all.
If an NFC tag has been linked to a task, you will not be able to mark it complete on the desktop as this task requires physical validation.
- To log an issue on the task, click on the warning triangle and add the details accordingly. Go back to the all tasks view within the checklist. You can now see a red warning triangle to flag that an issue has been reported for this task.
- To leave a comment on a task, click on the message icon. To attach a file to a task, click on the paper clip icon.
