This article offers a clear guide to Alkimii’s navigation structure. Within the platform, tools are organised by key business functions: People, Employee Experience, Property, and Insights, making it easy to access resources tailored to your operational needs.
The menu items available in your account depend on your user permission and your Alkimii package. You can learn more about which tools you'll have access to on our website.
Top Navigation Bar
An overview of the items in the top navigation bar from left to right:
- Menu: Quickly search and navigate to all features available to you, based on your user role and Alkimii package.
- Alkimii logo: Select the logo on any page to return instantly to the home screen.
- Favourites: When enabled in your menu, favourites provide fast access to your most frequently used pages.
- Site: If you have access to multiple sites, use the dropdown to move easily between locations and manage all your sites from one platform.
- Help: Click Help to open Alkimii support resources. From this panel, you can search articles, explore step-by-step tutorials, access our Alkimii Academy, contact support, or report a problem, all in one place.
- Awards: With the Employee Experience package, you can view and vote on ongoing awards at your site, helping recognise achievements and celebrate team success.
- My Schedule: Request leave and view your upcoming leave, tasks, and appointment features available depending on your package.
- News: Stay informed with updates from your site. Create, view, react to, and comment on news feed posts to engage with your team and share feedback.
- Announcements: Stay informed with the latest Alkimii feature releases and enhancements.
- Notifications: A central place to view all your user notifications.
- Chat: Connect instantly with your team using Chat—share updates, collaborate in real time, and keep everyone aligned across your sites.
- Account: Click your profile picture to open the dropdown menu for account options, reporting a problem, or logging out. The account settings include notifications settings , preferences, your alkimii login and security settings.
Side Navigation Bar (Menu)
The left sidebar menu organizes your account's tools and resources into product and its features.
- Select the menu item to view the tools in that product, then click on the feature to navigate to it.
- By default, the sidebar is collapsed.
- To open the sidebar, hover over the menu icon.
