Report System Bugs or Issues: Fast and Effective Problem Reporting
Our new problem-reporting feature is designed to help you quickly and efficiently report any bugs or technical issues you encounter within the system. This tool is dedicated to resolving system malfunctions or unexpected errors, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Please remember, this feature is specifically for reporting issues with system functionality and should not be used for general queries, questions, or requests for assistance unrelated to technical problems. By focusing on reporting system issues here, we can direct your concerns to the right team and work towards a swift resolution.
- Navigate to your profile picture in the top right and select "Report a Problem" from the drop down menu.
- The pop up will prompt you to briefly describe the technical problem you have encountered and allows you to upload any screenshots or screen recordings of this problem in action.
We would strongly encourage you to upload any media you can capture of the problem occuring to help you quickly identify the source. For example, if you receive an error code, please take a screenshot of this and upload it to the pop up.
- Once you are satisfied with the entry, click report in the bottom right. This will create a ticket for our support team to look into.
