Create an Award
- Navigate to "Awards" using the menu. Your default view will be the "Award Results". Select "Awards" from the header along the top.
- In the top right, select "Create an Award"
- A creation window will appear and prompt you to enter the details to build out the award. Any items with an "*" are mandatory fields so you will not be able to save without entering text here.

If you do not select departments or individuals, the default is set to the whole site. This means everyone is a nominee and everyone has access to vote.
Edit an Award
You will only be able to update an award nomiees or voters if the award voting period has not commenced. Any open and/or closed awards are not editable in the Awards tab.
- Navigate to the award you wish to update
- From the actions column on the right, click on the pencil icon
- Add/Remove nominees and/or voters as you wish
- Click "Save" to make this change
Review Award Results
- Navigate to Awards using the menu search bar.
- Your default view will be "Award Results"
- You can use the filter options will help you to quickly locate the award results you might be looking for.
- You will be able to see the award title, the voting period, the status, votes received as a progress bar, winners and your actions column.

- If the poll is closed, the winners will appear under the nominations list the following day. You will be able to share the winners on the news by clicking on the badge icon. This will prompt you to select an image from our moments gallery followed by the news builder where you can customise the post you wish to share with your team.
- To review results, click on the "eye" icon. A pop up will display breakdown of the nominations, results in a bar graph, as well as a dropdown menu named "All Results"
- Click "All Results" to view the votes. All voters must add a reason (note) why they voted for the nominee. Click on eye icon beside the vote to see these notes. This data is exportable as a csv.
- Below this list we have the votes who have not submitted a response. You can use the chat bubble to the right of their name to open the chat and prompt them to submit a vote if the award is still open.
Edit the Voting Period
- You can use the filter options will help you to quickly locate the award results you might be looking for.
- If this award is open you will be able to amend the voting period end date. Simply click on the calendar icon under the action colum to the right
- A modal will prompt you to update the deadline using the calendar function. Once satisfied click "Reschedule voting period".
