Toil Management Update

We're excited to announce improvements to the Disciplinaries feature in Alkimii!
This update introduces enhanced functionality that allows you to create an investigation stage, categorise offences by type, and record outcomes with greater clarity and structure.
How it helps:
Managing disciplinariy processes is now more thorough and compliant. The new investigation stage ensures you can document every step of the process properly, while offence types and outcomes give you clearer records for HR files.
You'll find the Disciplinaries section inside the employee's Staff Profile, making it easy to track and manage cases alongside all other employee documentation.
