MyAlkimii Area (Desktop)
Your MyAlkimii area will host a number of items for the user. You will have access to your newsfeed, personal details, bank details, documents, packs, check ins and surveys.
Accessing MyAlkimii
- Login to Alkimii as normal on the web portal If you have been set up with only My Alkimii level access, your default view when you log into the web will be the My Alkimii area.
- If you have a higher level access you will need to use the mega menu, navigate to "MyAlkimii"
⚠️ Important: If you have been assigned MyAlkimii access only, you will not be able to navigate to other areas of Alkimii (such as the Roster) when using the desktop web portal. The MyAlkimii landing page will be your only accessible view on desktop. To access the Roster and other features, please use the Alkimii mobile app. If you are unsure of your access level, please contact your HR team.
- Your view will default to the newsfeed.
- Along the left navigation bar, you will have access to the following items.

What You'll see in MyAlkimii

When you open MyAlkimii, your view will default to the Newsfeed, where you can see posts shared by your colleagues and celebrations like work anniversaries and birthdays.
You can interact with the newsfeed by:
- Sharing your own news story ( if you have the access level)
- Engaging in a quick Poll
- Liking and commenting on posts from others
Navigating the MyAlkimii Area
Along the left-hand side, you'll see a navigation menu with the following options. Please note that what you can access depends on your access level and your organisation's Alkimii subscription.
- News — View the newsfeed with posts and celebrations from your colleagues.
- Personal details — Review and update your profile information. 🔒
- Bank details — Update your bank account details for payroll. 🔒
- Documents — View any documentation that has been issued to you, such as your contract, policies, or handbooks. 🔒
- HR requests — Review any HR packs that have been sent, are pending, or have been reviewed by the HR team. (Requires subscription) 🔒
- Surveys — Complete any surveys or forms that have been issued to you. (Requires subscription) 🔒
- Check-ins — View, complete, and review any check-ins that have been issued to you. (Requires subscription) 🔒
What does the 🔒 lock symbol mean?
Some areas have a lock symbol beside them. This indicates they contain sensitive data and will require additional validation before you can access and view them. This is a security feature to protect your personal information.
