MyAlkimii (Desktop)

Your MyAlkimii area will host a number of items for the user. You will have access to your newsfeed, personal details, bank details, documents, packs, check ins and surveys.

• Login to Alkimii as normal on the web portal 

• If you have a higher level access you will need to use the mega menu, navigate to "MyAlkimii"

• Your view will default to the newsfeed 
• Along the left navigation bar, you will have access to the following items. 

• Newsfeed posts shared by your colleagues 
• You can review and update your profile and bank details 
• View any documentation that has been issued to you, such as your contract, policies or handbooks
• If your organisation has the subscription you will also have access to  
  • Review any HR Packs that have been sent, pending or reviewed by the HR Team
  • Any surveys/forms that have been issued 
  • View, complete and review any check-ins that have been issued to you 
• You will notice some of these areas have a lock symbol beside them. This is because they are considered sensitive data areas and will require validation to access and view them.
