In the realm of Human Resources, the approval process stands as a pivotal checkpoint in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of employee-submitted document packs. Alkimii equips organizations with the tools to effortlessly navigate this stage of the workflow.- When your employee has reviewed and completed the pack, the pack status will move to "Approval Required" in the HR Queue.
The HR representative will now have the ability to review and approve the returned pack.
- To review, click on the tick option
- This will direct you to a pop-up where you have the ability to review the answered questions to ensure you have everything you require for this employees profile
- If there is invalid information with the pack questions, you have the ability to not approve the information and request that it be resubmitted.
- The green tick beside the information can be unselected and a note will appear above "submit review" to inform you that this information will be re-requested.
- Once you have completed your review, please click "Submit Review"
- This will convert the status from "Approval Required" to "Approved"
- If the information has been re-requested, then the status will convert to "Awaiting Response"
