How to approve a Pack in HR Automation?

Seamless Approvals: A User-Friendly Guide to Validating Employee-Submitted Document Packs in Alkimii

In the realm of Human Resources, the approval process stands as a pivotal checkpoint in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of employee-submitted document packs. Alkimii equips organizations with the tools to effortlessly navigate this stage of the workflow. 
  • When your employee has reviewed and completed the pack, the pack status will move to "Approval Required" in the HR Queue. 
  • The HR representative will now have the ability to review and approve the returned pack. 
  • To review, click on the tick option 

  • This will direct you to a pop-up where you have the ability to review the answered questions to ensure you have everything you require for this employees profile
  • If there is invalid information with the pack questions, you have the ability to not approve the information and request that it be resubmitted. 
  • The green tick beside the information can be unselected and a note will appear above "submit review" to inform you that this information will be re-requested. 

  • Once you have completed your review, please click "Submit Review"

  • This will convert the status from "Approval Required" to "Approved"
  • If the information has been re-requested, then the status will convert to "Awaiting Response"
