This article covers the departmental sign off for HODs and Line Managers. When signed off, this communicates to Senior Managers that the HOD has amended and approved the hours worked in their department and each team member will be paid correctly.
Steps for the Overall Daily Sign-Off (HOD)
Step 1: Open your Today's Roster Screen in Alkimii Teams.

Step 2: Scan through the department and check for any anomalies.

Step 3: Sign Off
If you are happy with your shifts, click Departmental Sign Off.
Undo Sign Off

If you've already signed off on a day but need to adjust shifts, you can undo the sign-off to make changes. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

Access the Department View
Make sure you’re in the correct department view to proceed with changes. -
Check for Overall Sign-Off
Before you can undo the department sign-off, confirm that the “Overall Sign Off” for the week hasn’t been completed by a senior team member.- If the overall sign-off is completed, you’ll need to contact your senior team to undo it first.

Undo the Department Sign-Off
Once the overall sign-off (if required) has been undone, return to the department sign-off area.- You’ll now see an option to “Undo Department Sign Off” at the bottom where you previously selected "Department Sign Off." Click on it to proceed.

Make Adjustments
After undoing the sign-off, make the necessary changes to the shifts as required. -
Re-Sign Off the Day
Once all adjustments are made, ensure you re-do the "Department Sign Off" for the day to finalise the changes.

- Select "Not Clocked" to see any grey/blue shifts which need to be actioned.
