Notes on CRM Company and Contact profiles store relevant information about the client. Notes can be tagged to a specific prospect and contact within a company profile.
- Using the mega menu, navigate to Companies or Contacts
- Your default view will be a full list of all contacts or companies
- Click on the contact or company you wish to create the appointment for
- Within the contact or company page, select "Notes" from the options on the right
- A pop-up will prompt you to enter the following details

- Use the dropdown menus to select Hotel (Only available if you have multi-property access)
- Whom the Note was added by
- Link the note to a contact within the company
- Option to tag the note to a prospect associated with the company/contact
- Type your Notes
- You have the option to Bulk Add multiple Notes at once, if applicable.
- Save.
- Your Note will appear in both your activity log and the contact's activity log.
