How to add a Note in CRM?

Notes on CRM Company and Contact profiles store relevant information about the client. Notes can be tagged to a specific prospect and contact within a company profile.

  • Using the mega menu, navigate to Companies or Contacts

  • Your default view will be a full list of all contacts or companies 
  • Click on the contact or company you wish to create the appointment for 
  • Within the contact or company page, select "Notes" from the options on the right 

  • A pop-up will prompt you to enter the following details 
    • Use the dropdown menus to select Hotel (Only available if you have multi-property access)
    • Whom the Note was added by
    • Link the note to a contact within the company
    • Option to tag the note to a prospect associated with the company/contact
  • Type your Notes 
  • You have the option to Bulk Add multiple Notes at once, if applicable.
  • Save.
  • Your Note will appear in both your activity log and the contact's activity log.
