How to assign an NFC tag to a Checklist item on Mobile ?

Once your checklist has been created and published on Alkimii you will be able to assign an NFC tag using your mobile. The NFC tag can be scanned once you have completed the checklist item. Before assigning your tags, place them in areas associated with your checklist tasks.

Launch the Alkimii App
If you have already set up your favourite tools, you can select "Checklists" from your favourites.

Alternatively, navigate to "More" on the bottom right of the navigation bar. From your Alkimii tools, click "Checklists"

Locate the checklist you would like to assign the NFC tags to using the filter options in the top right or by scrolling through the list of checklists. Your default view will be all checklists for your site.

If you wish to locate the checklists due today, please filter by "Due Today" and click "Apply filter"

Once you have located the checklist you wish to action, click on it.
Within the checklist, scroll down to the task items. Locate the task you would like to link to the NFC tag.

Please be advised that NFC tags can only be assigned to a parent task as opposed to individual sub-tasks in your checklist.

Go to "Link to NFC tag" and tap the icon to the right of this text. You will be prompted to scan the tag in order to link it to the task item.
Go over to the NFC tag that has been placed on the wall

Place the middle of your mobile device on the NFC tag
You will be informed that the tag has now been linked to the task item.

Now, when you have finished this task you can scan the NFC tag and tick the checkbox to confirm if has been completed without any issue.

If you wish to locate the checklists due today, please filter by "Due Today". This will automatically reload your checklists per the filter.

Once you have located the checklist you wish to action, click on it.
Within the checklist, scroll down to the task items. Locate the task you would like to link to the NFC tag.

Go to "Link to NFC tag" and tap the icon to the right of this text. You will be prompted to scan the tag in order to link it to the task item.
Go over to the NFC tag that has been placed on the wall

Place the top of your mobile device on the NFC tag
You will be informed that the tag has now been linked to the task item.

Now, when you have finished this task you can scan the NFC tag and tick the checkbox to confirm if has been completed without any issues.
