Understanding the People Dashboard

The People dashboard gives you an overview of all employees data within your organisation. Including payroll costs, compliance data and WRC insights.

• Using the mega menu, navigate to "People Dashboard" 

• This dashboard will provide you with a full overview of Alkimii People 
• Along the top titles, you will be able to see your payroll cost information for this week 
• You will be able to see the forecast, actual and differences once the forecast has been frozen. 

• Next is your compliance information, Profile, Compulsory, KPI, On/Off boarding and Visa
• By clicking on the blue heading you will redirected to the compliance dashboard
• You will also see a breakdown of contract types, genders and ages in your site 

• The head count per department is displayed in a bar chart for easy visualisation

• You can see an overview of disciplinaries based on their category  

• You will see a breakdown of titles with information relating specifically to your employees time and attendance; check ins and moments. 

• A graphic display of your starters versus leavers for this year per department 

• Number of breaks per department 

• Breakdown per nationality

• Lastly, titles that display data for employees on restricted hours contracts
