Efficient Document Management: A Comprehensive Guide to Monitoring Onboarding KPIs and Uploading Public and Private Documents within the Staff Profile

Alkimii's Staff Profile area is a powerful hub where efficiency comes to life, enabling you to effortlessly monitor onboarding KPIs and upload a variety of documents for your employees both public and private. This article serves as your comprehensive guide to navigating the Staff Documents area in Alkimii, empowering you to handle onboarding documents and unique documents with ease. 

  • From within the staff profile, navigate to "Documents" 
  • This section is broken down into "On-Boarding KPI" documents, "Additional Documents" and "Manage Documents". These three headers are collapsable tabs. 

  • If you click on any document title within the onboarding or additional documents tabs, it will open a pop up where you can add attachments from your system. 

How to Upload a Document? 

  • Scroll down to "Manage Documents" and select "Add Document" in the top right. 
  • Add a document name 
  • Upload the document from your system or drag and drop the file into the box. 
  • Select tags from the drop-down menu. Multiple tags can be added to a file at once by using a comma (,)
  • Click "Add New Tag" to create new tag that is not already in your dropdown list. These will automatically tag onto the document you are uploading

  • If you wish to make this document public, so that the employee will be able to view it within their own staff documents section in their myAlkimii area on the web, turn this toggle on. Otherwise, this document will remain private and only visible to those who have permission to access the staff profiles. 

  • Click "Submit" to complete the upload

Please note these documents will not filter into KPI categories. If you wish to get a KPI added to your onboarding compliance, please contact our customer success team at hello@alkimii.com 

 

 

 

How to manage pre-exisitng document uploads? 

  • For any pre-exisiting documents previously uploaded can also be hidden. 
  • Locate the document under the manage documents section using the filters. 
  • There is a visiblity toggle that can be enabled or disabled. If you wish for the document to be visible to the employee, toggle this option on. 

  • To hide this document from your employee, turn off this toggle. You will be asked to confirm that you are happy for this document to be hidden from the employee. 

  • To view the document, select the eye icon under the actions column on the right.
