How to use the Compliance Dashboard?


  • Using the menu, navigate to "Compliance" 

The compliance dashboard defaults to show "Only Incomplete". 

  • To see all staff profiles, untick "Only Incomplete". 

  • On the top right-hand side, you can filter based on the different compliance reports available. 
  • Compulsory - mandatory documents
  • OnBoard - Local policies and procedures
  • OffBoard - Cessation documents
  • Profiles - profile completion
  • Emergency Contacts 
  • Visa - work permits

  • You can also filter based on the department or contract type if specific compliance information is needed. 
  • A green tick represents the completion of the task such an uploaded document. 
  • If you hover over the green tick, you will see the date the document was uploaded
  • A red cross represents incomplete tasks which do not have a document uploaded. 
  • A grey dot represents tasks that do not require uploaded documentation; this item is excluded from the compliance score
  • To edit any of the compliance reports, click on the pencil icon under "Action" to the far right of your screen. This will redirect you to the "Staff Documents" area of the "Staff Profile" 

  • You can download your compliance data into CSV format, by selecting the "CSV" icon at the bottom right of your screen. 
  • To print the report click the print icon at the bottom right of your screen.
