Public Holiday Mirrored Shifts is a Public Holiday rule which pays out the Public Holiday shift worked on the day along with an additional payment to match the hours worked.
What does this mean?
When an employee works the day of the Public Holiday, they will receive a payment for their shifts hours / contracted hours along with an additional payment which will match the hours they have just worked.

Where can I check if this rule has been enabled for my employees?
- Navigate to the Staff Profile in Team
- Select the employee from the staff list
- Along the left-hand panel, select Employment Details
- Scroll down to Roster
- Under Roster, you will see a tick box option for " Mirror Worked Shifts When Auto Rostering"
- To enable this feature, tick the box
- If you wish to auto-roster the employee, please also ensure that you have ticked " AutoRoster Public Holidays" as well in the same section.
