🛠️ How it helps
Department managers and senior leaders can now save time by spotting any shifts that may require attention at the start and end of each day. These filters make it easier to review, adjust, and sign off shifts accurately — improving both operational oversight and payroll precision.
🧭 How to use it
- Go to Today’s Roster from your main menu- Use the date selector to choose the day you wish to review
- Use the filter bar to quickly highlight shifts with clocking exceptions that may require action
- Use the department selector at the bottom to switch between teams

We’re excited to share that the "Known By" feature display is coming soon! This new addition will allow you to display the name an employee prefers to be called, ensuring a more personalised experience for your team.
With "Known By", you’ll soon be able to show employees' preferred names alongside their surnames, making it easier for managers and colleagues to address them as they wish.
- Enter the preferred name in the Known By field
- Save the profile to display the preferred name alongside the surname in key views and reports
Please note: for reporting purposes we will continue to show the legal name you have inputted for this employee.

💡 Quick tip
Create a form requesting the Known By name only and share it across your site to allow employees to submit their preferences. - If an employee has a low compliance score, simply go into the Staff Profile and click “Make Compliant.”
- The employee will receive a tailored pack requesting only the missing documents or information.
- Once completed, everything is automatically stored in their profile — signed, recorded, and audit-ready.
