Open Alkimii in your browser and using the menu navigate to Staff Profiles.
Use the search bar or filter options to quickly locate the employee’s staff profile.
Within the profile on the profile card at the top, select the three vertical dots and choose ‘Make Compliant’. ⚠️ Access to this feature will depend on your permission level in Alkimii. |

Alkimii will automatically identify any missing onboarding requirements, such as compulsory documents or outstanding information, working in the background. A tailored, one-time compliance pack will be generated and sent directly to the employee for completion.

This compliance task will appear in the HR Queue as usual but will not display as a separate pack. For more information on reviewing a submission on the HR Queue, click here!
Once finalised, the completed information will update the employee’s profile, ensuring full compliance.
