Here you can to add and edit key personal information to ensure your employee records are complete and accurate. This section covers areas such as personal details, GNIB/IRP (for non-Irish residents), contact information, address, and passport or driving licence information. Additionally, you can manage Alimii login credentials, ensuring staff have the necessary access for smooth system interaction. Regularly updating this information helps maintain accurate records and supports seamless HR processes.
Personal details cannot be edited while there are pending packs or requested changes for this section.

Personal
This information will usually populate from the information submitted by the employee in their starter pack.
- Citizenship: This information is based on the citizenship of employment. This distinction ensures accurate visa requirements are identified.
- Nationality: The employee's nationality
- If you have our Employee Experience subscription, you will also be able to tick a checkbock to allow this team members birthday to be shared through Alkimii Moments.
Address
This information will usually populate from the information submitted by the employee in their starter pack.
GNIB/IRP (Only applicable for non-Irish residents)
This information will usually populate from the information submitted by the employee in their starter pack. This information can also be manually entered, as needed.
- Visa Stamp Type can be selected using the dropdown menu
Contact Details
This information will usually populate from the information added when the profile is created within Alkimii. Their personal email and Alkimii login email can be different so don't panic if they do not match.
Passport/Driving License
This information will usually populate from the information submitted by the employee in their starter pack.
