Alkimii Login: Setting Access

In the Personal Details section of the staff profile you can easily manage and update Alkimii Access.

  • Within the choosen staff profile, navigate to "Personal" from the menu on the left and select "Details

  • In the bottom left you should see "Alkimii Login

Setting Alkimii Access Levels 

  • Click Unlock access with your Password
  • Enter your password and click Submit. This field does not autocomplete from saved passwords
  • Click on the "Group" dropdown menu and select the access level you wish to assign to this team member.

  • Click "Save" to enable this change.  You will be prompted to confirm this update.

🔥 PRO TIP: Once the password is entered you can make changes/view for up to 30 mins

 

 

 

Updating/Changing your Alkimii Login (Email)

Please Note: Your personal email and Alkimii Login Email are different and must be updated in different areas. If you update your personal email this will not update your Alkimii Login email. 

Your personal email is used by your employer for contact information only. 

Your Alkimii Login email is used to access Alkimii on Web and/or mobile.

  • Click Unlock access with your Password
  • Enter your password and click Submit. This field does not autocomplete from saved passwords
  • Enter the new email address into the "Email" field. 
  • Click "Save" to enable this change.  

 

 

How do you add departments to an employee profile?

  • Click Unlock access with your Password
  • Enter your password and click Submit. This field does not autocomplete from saved passwords
  • Click on the "Can Access Departments" dropdown menu to add a department to this team members profile.

Please note that in order to see the "Can access departments", the user role must be set as Supervisor level.
