How to Pause Holidays and Public Holiday Accruals?
Holiday and Public Holiday accruals can be paused and reactivated. This feature is available to HR Managers and Accountants only.
- Using the mega menu, navigate to the "Staff Profiles"
- Navigate to Holiday Balances on the left.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to view "Holiday Config" and "Public Holiday Config"
- Ensure both boxes are ticked if you would like holidays to accrue.
- This activates on the day you make the change
- To view the history of holiday accruals, click on Contract Changes in the Alkimii Person Icon in the left navigation bar
- Each line will show the changes made
- The change can be backdated by clicking the pencil icon to the far right
- Set the date the change is due to take effect - this can only be set for an unpaid week
- Click Save to confirm the change
