A Step-by-Step Guide to Muting Individual and Group Chats for a More Focused Experience

In today's digitally connected world, staying focused while keeping up with the constant flow of information can be a daunting task. Whether it's a buzzing group chat that's always active or an individual conversation that's particularly distracting during work hours, finding a way to manage these notifications without missing out on important messages is key. This article is designed to walk you through the simple yet effective process of muting chats or group conversations on the go using the mobile app.

• Launch the Alkimii App on mobile 
• Open "chat" along the bottom navigation bar. This is the second icon to the left. 

• Locate the conversation you wish to mute, by either using the search bar or scrolling through your list of conversations. 

• Once you locate the conversation, hold and swipe to the left. You will see two icons appear, one is a speaker which will allow you to mute the chat and the other will allow you to archive the chat.

• If you opt to mute the conversation, it will automatically silence all notifications for 8 hours.
• If you wish to unmute at any stage, simply swipe to the left and click the mute icon.
