How to Update the Alkimii App and iPad Clock App
Step-by-step guide for updating Alkimii on Android, iPhone and updating the iPad Clock App
Keep your app updated to access the latest features, improvements, and security updates. Follow the steps below to update the Alkimii app on Android or iOS and the Alkimii Clock App on the iPad
📱 Before you begin — check your device is compatible: This app requires a minimum operating system (OS) to run and update correctly:
- Android: Version 6 or above
- iOS (iPhone/iPad): Version 16.6 or later
Not sure which version you have? Check your phone's Settings before following the steps below. If your device does not meet these requirements, the update may not be available to you. Please speak to your manager for further support.
Click on your device type to proceed to the relevant section
If you have the app set to automatically update, you will receive a notification within the mobile app to prompt you to Update.

We would advise setting the app to auto-download any new updates.
- To set auto-updates, navigate to your mobile Settings
- App Store
- Scroll down to "Automatic Updates"
- Swipe to turn this option on

Updating the Clock App — App Store (iPad)

Navigate to your Apple App Store on your iPad.

Swipe up to see your profile picture, then tap it.

This will open your Apple Account panel. Tap "App Updates" from the list.

You will see a list of apps with new versions available. Find Alkimii Clock App in the list and tap "Update" next to it.

Once the update has been completed, tap Open. You will be redirected to the Alkimii Clock App.

💡 Tip: If you have several apps to update, you can tap "Update All" at the top of the App Updates screen to update everything at once.
