How to Report Content in the Alkimii?

Ensuring Safe Conversations: Step-by-Step Instructions to Report and Review Messages for a Respectful App Environment

Creating a safe and respectful digital environment is paramount in today's interconnected world. This guide is tailored to empower users with the knowledge and tools to report inappropriate content within the chat feature of our app. Whether you've encountered messages that violate community guidelines, or you simply want to contribute to fostering a positive online space, this article is your go-to resource.

This access will normally be given to HR Managers. If you require this permission to be added to your profile, please contact our customer success team at hello@alkimii.com

Desktop 

  • If you wish to report a message within a group chat or direct chat they will need to open the chat pop-up on the desktop.
  • Locate the message they find inappropriate and click on the three dots to the right of the message. This can include images, documents, voice notes or text. 
  • You will see the options to either directly reply to a message or to "Report this content" 

  • Once the content has been reported, a HR Manager will be able to review the message and deem it inappropriate or appropriate. 

Android (Mobile) 

  • If you wish to report a message within a group chat or direct chat they will need to open the chat on the Android device. 
  • Locate the message they find inappropriate and click on the three dots to the right of the message. This can include images, documents, voice notes or text. 
  • You will see the option to either report the content (i), directly reply to that message or copy that message.

  • Once the content has been reported, a HR Manager will be able to review the message and deem it inappropriate or appropriate. 

iOS (Mobile) 

  • If you wish to report a message within a group chat or direct chat they will need to open the chat on the Android device. 
  • Locate the message they find inappropriate and click on the three dots to the right of the message. This can include images, documents, voice notes or text. 
  • You will see the option to either directly reply to that message, or copy that message or report the content.
