How to navigate the property dashboard?

This article will help you to navigate the different areas on the property dashboard.

The property dashboard is a dedicated area within the system where you can get an at-a-glance view of how your property is performing on any given day. Think of it as your own personalised snapshot of operations — from incidents and maintenance to visitors and shift notes.

Because every role is different, the dashboard is fully customisable. You choose which widgets to display, so you only see the information that is relevant to you.

To open the dashboard, select "Property Dashboard" from the main menu.

Setting Up Your Dashboard

When you first open the dashboard, it will appear blank. This is normal. You will need to set it up to show the widgets that matter to you.

  1. Select Customise in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. A pop-up window will appear showing all the widgets available to you.
  3. Browse the categories on the left side of the pop-up.
  4. Select the widgets you want to add to your dashboard.
  5. Your dashboard will update to display your chosen widgets.

📌 Note: You will only see the categories and widgets that your account has access to. If you expect to see something that is not there, speak to your manager or system administrator.
