Why can't I see the "Public Holiday" or"Preview" option on the Week Costs in Alkimii Team? 

This article will help you troubleshoot why you cannot see the "Public Holiday" or "Preview" options on the Week Costs in Alkimii.

You may not be able to see the "Public Holiday" tab in the Week Costs screen because:

• You are not within the week of the Public Holiday
• You are set up with Payroll by Period and the Public Holiday falls on the second week. In this case, you would need to close out the previous week in order for the tab to show. 

• You have not closed out the previous payroll weeks 

You may not be able to see the "Preview" button for the auto roster because: 

• You have not closed out the previous payroll weeks 
• You have closed the payroll for the week of the Public holiday 
• You do not have access to run the auto roster tool
