You asked, we listened. You can now view both your clocked hours and paid hours right from the Alkimii app.
No more wondering what you’re getting paid for—see exactly when you clocked in and out, and how that time translates into paid hours.

Wondering how your annual leave balance is made up? You can now view a detailed breakdown of your Holiday, Bank Holiday, and Time in Lieu directly in the app.
Whether you're planning a trip or just keeping track, this makes it easy to understand where your leave comes from and how it’s calculated.

Avoid awkward leave clashes with the new calendar view in your Alkimii app. Now, when you go to request time off, you’ll see colour-coded indicators that show how many people are already on leave:
- 🔴 Red – Multiple people off (cover may be limited)
- 🟡 Yellow – One person off
- 🟢 Green – Your leave is already approved

Curious who you're working with this week? With the Read-Only Roster feature on mobile, you can now see who else is scheduled in your department each day.

🔔 Shift Change? You’ll Be the First to Know
When your shift changes, you’ll now get an automatic notification sent straight to your phone. Just tap the alert to go directly to your My Schedule page to review the update.
This feature keeps everyone in sync effortlessly.

⏰ Clocking Notifications—Stay Compliant, Stay Accurate
We’ve added a new Break Notification feature to help you stay on top of your time records.
If you're due (or overdue) for a break based on your site’s rules, the app will send a gentle reminder to clock your break when you do take it.
This isn't a prompt to stop working immediately—it’s simply there to help ensure your clocking stays accurate when you're finally able to step away.
Why it matters:

âś” Reduces missed or late break clock-ins
âś” Supports more accurate scheduling
đź”§ This feature follows your site's specific break settings and is enabled by default. You can manage your preferences in the People > Notifications section of the app.
