How do you view the Roster on Mobile? (Beta)

Having the ability to effortlessly access and plan for your upcoming week is important. This article will show users how to view their roster for the upcoming week via the mobile app. You will also have the ability to see others working on a given day within your department.

Where can I find the Roster on Mobile? 

• Launch the Alkimii App on your mobile. 
• Your default view will be the home page. To locate your roster, click on "My Schedule", the second icon to right on the bottom navigation bar. 
• From the options, click "See all" opposite the Roster section.
• Your default view will be the current week.
• The roster will only be visible if the forecast has been frozen or the roster has been published by the responsible party. 

Navigating the Roster on Mobile 

• You can toggle through weeks using the dropdown menu in the top left. 
• The date, shift time, site, department and shift type will appear at the top of the date card. You will be able to distinguish between the shift types you have been rostered for on a given day, whether it's normal, holiday, bank holiday or absent beside the watch icon. 

💡Please note:

The colour displayed on the date will reflect the colour assigned to the shift or shift pre-set in the week roster screen. This is a helpful way to distinguish certain pre-sets that you may have allocated to areas/locations/roles within your department.

• If enabled for your site, you will see the clock in and out times below this information followed by the paid hours, for quick reference. This information is updated daily. If you would like this enabled, please contact our customer success team. 

• If your site has Shift Update Notifications enabled, any changes made to a shift after the roster has been published will trigger a notification to the team member via their Alkimii app.

• Below this, you can see "Others working in this shift". 
• Scroll up and down to see all rostered shifts for the specific week. 
• In the top right, you can select "All Shifts" to review all team members working on a given day of the week. 

You have a range of quick filters in this view - date range; department and shift types  Scroll left and right to view all days of the week. You can click on the dates to see all shifts for the given day in your department.
