Chat Archiving on Alkimii (on Mobile)

Keeping your chat workspace organised is key to smooth team communication. This guide provides clear, step-by-step instructions to help you effortlessly archive individual and group chats in Alkimii, so you can maintain an organised digital space and focus on what matters most.

• Launch the Alkimii App on mobile 
• Open "chat" along the bottom navigation bar. This is the second icon to the left. 

Locate the conversation you wish to archive, by either using the search bar or scrolling through your list of conversations.
Once you locate the conversation or group chat, swipe it to the left. You will see two icons appear, one is a speaker which will allow you to mute the chat and the other will allow you to archive the chat.
If you opt to archive the conversation, it will disappear from your list view.  If you wish to review your archived conversations, simply select archived at the top of the conversation list to view them.
