Chat Archiving on Alkimii (on Mobile)

To archive a chat in Alkimii, open the Chat tab, swipe left on the conversation, and tap the archive icon. The chat is removed from your main conversation list and can be accessed under Archived at any time.

What do I need before archiving a chat? 

Please make sure you are on the most up-to-date version of the Alkimii App. If you need help updating the App, click here! 

How do I archive a chat? 

• Launch the Alkimii App on mobile 
• Open "chat" along the bottom navigation bar. This is the second icon to the left. 

Locate the conversation you wish to archive, by either using the search bar or scrolling through your list of conversations.
Once you locate the conversation or group chat, swipe it to the left. You will see two icons appear, one is a speaker which will allow you to mute the chat and the other will allow you to archive the chat.
If you opt to archive the conversation, it will disappear from your list view.  If you wish to review your archived conversations, simply select archived at the top of the conversation list to view them.

What happens if someone replies in an archived chat? 

If somone responds in an archived chat, the conversation reappears in your conversation list.
