Streamlined Control: Step-by-Step Instructions for Managing Leave Requests - Holidays & Request Days off - On the Go!

💡Top Tip: For smoother approvals, always include Roster Notes when scheduling. This provides managers with clear visibility of events or specific reasons that may impact leave approval decisions for a given day.

🔐 Please note: Your ability to view and approve leave requests is based on your access level. You will only be able see and action requests for employees who have been assigned to you as their “Reports To” contact.

  • To see who else is on leave, you can select the "Others on leave" dropdown menu.
  • If this is a single leave request, you can simply select "Approve 1 pending request" or "Decline" on the request.
  • If there are multiple leave requests, you can individually "Approve" or "Decline" each request or you can batch "Approve X pending requests" or "Decline requests".

You do not have to approve all requests in one go. You can approve each request on an individual level at any time.

  • You can leave a note for the employee if you need to decline any leave request they have submitted to provide any context for the rejection.
