The Work Experience Contract Type

This article will show you how the Work Experience Contract will display in the Staff Profile, Reporting and Holiday accruals.

The Work Experience contract type will allow you to hire Interns on Work Experience and have a reference of the college they are studying at in a free-type box. 

  • Team
    Team Tile
  • Staff → Staff Profiles
    Staff Profile
  • Search the employee's name from the Staff Profiles List
  • Navigate to Employment Details on the left-hand panel
    Employment Details
  • Within the Contract Type, select Work Experience from the drop-down menu
  • Click Save
    Save  Cancel
  • Navigate to Personal Details on the left-hand panel
  • Enter the college the intern is coming from in the free text box
  • Click Save

    Save  Cancel

The free text box will only appear when the Work Experience contract has been selected and saved down in the Intern's profile.
