Mastering the Events Dashboard: Unleash the Power of Alkimii
In the bustling world of event management, staying on top of every detail is crucial for success. The events dashboard on Alkimii is your gateway to a treasure trove of essential insights, offering you a comprehensive view of your event landscape. From tracking event statuses and revenue streams to identifying top bookers and understanding your event packages, we'll walk you through it all.- Using the mega menu, navigate to the Events Dashboard
Calendar Function
- You can filter by weeks, months or years, depending on your situation, using the date picker
Event Statuses and Revenue
- Beneath the date, is a breakdown of your event statuses and their potential revenue
- The Revenue will be separated by the "Add On Type"
- You will be able to see your Budget, Forecast, Actual, Variance, Covers and Average Spend.
- Streams from your revenue, importing your forecast & actual it will take from there.
- You have the ability to download a Revenue report which will be based on the time period chosen in the date picker.
Popular Packages
- Popular packages will be grouped based on their usage in a pie chart graph
- To find out which package relates to which colour in the graph, hover over it.
- You can download a CSV report of this information which will show you have many times the package was applied, the number of guests expected to attend the event, the Gross Value of the package applied to the Event and the Average Spend.
Top Bookers
- This will display the customers who have booked most frequently with the property
Average Occupancy per Room
- You can download a CSV report which will show a breakdown of every meeting room in your property and the number of times it has been booked during the filtered period.
- The average per period is calculated by the Total Events divided by the time period
A room has been booked 3 times over the space of a week 3 ÷ 7 = 0.43 |
Average per-room rates
- This will display the top room and their average rates
Todays Events
- Today's Events is on the right-hand side of the screen. It will show all events logged in this property for the day regardless of the status.
- In this screen, you can access the list or calendar for all of your Events by clicking View All
- You can also create a new Event from this screen by clicking "+ Add Event" and it will bring you to the Event building screen
