We recommend setting up the iPad (iCloud/Apple ID) using a generic email address that your management team will have access to.
- Notify the Alkimii team once the iPad has been successfully set up and let us know who you would like to have set up as the initial clock supervisor.
- We will assign this person as the initial clock supervisor who will be responsible for enrolling new hires onto the iPad clock.
Please note that multiple clock supervisors can be added post set up.
- Download the Alkimii Clock App from the App Store
Once downloaded, the initial clock supervisor will have to enter the email address which is currently linked to their Alkimii account.
- You will be directed to the login screen where the initial clock supervisor will then need to enter their password and click "Login".
- You will need to link the iPad to a property in order to register the clock-ins. If you have access to multiple properties in Alkimii, please ensure you select the correct one from the dropdown list.
- Once the iPad has been successfully linked, you will receive a confirmation message
