How to enrol an employee on the iPad Clock?
This article will show you how to add an employee onto the iPad clock
Please be advised that the employee must have a Staff Profile set up with a valid badge ID in Alkimii before you can enrol them on the clock.
Only a clock supervisor can enrol or update an employee on the clock.
- Click Start and Clock In as normal (regardless of whether you have previous clocked in)
- You will be directed to a screen where you can choose what you would like to do.
- In the top right corner, click on the gears icon to open your clock settings
This gear icon will only be visible to clock supervisors.
A clock supervisor must be set up by Alkimii.
- This will redirect you to your "Supervisor Settings" where you will have the ability to "Update team member"; "Debug info" or "Unlink from current hotel"
- To enrol a new employee on the iPad, select the "Update Team Member" option
- Enter the "Badge ID" of the employee which would be visible in their staff profile on Alkimii
- The employee will now be prompted to take a profile photo which will be used for facial recognition for future clock-ins
- Once successful, you will receive confirmation that this employee has been updated and is ready for clock-in.
