How to enrol an employee on the iPad Clock?

Please be advised that the employee must have a Staff Profile set up with a valid badge ID in Alkimii before you can enrol them on the clock.

Only a clock supervisor can enrol or update an employee on the clock.

  • Click Start and Clock In as normal (regardless of whether you have previous clocked in)

  • You will be directed to a screen where you can choose what you would like to do. 
  • In the top right corner, click on the gears icon to open your clock settings

This gear icon will only be visible to clock supervisors.

A clock supervisor must be set up by Alkimii. 

  • This will redirect you to your "Supervisor Settings" where you will have the ability to "Update team member"; "Debug info" or "Unlink from current hotel" 
  • To enrol a new employee on the iPad, select the "Update Team Member" option
  • Enter the "Badge ID" of the employee which would be visible in their staff profile on Alkimii
  • The employee will now be prompted to take a profile photo which will be used for facial recognition for future clock-ins
  • Once successful, you will receive confirmation that this employee has been updated and is ready for clock-in.
