Welcome aboard the Alkimii App. This article will step you through the process of logging into the Alkimii mobile app for the first time.
- Your employer will invite you to the Alkimii mobile app using the email address and phone number you have been asked to provide them with.
- You will receive both an email and text message to prompt you to set your password and download the app to your mobile device.
We always advise opening the email via your mobile device as you will need to use the link provided to download Alkimii from the Google Playstore.

Installing the Alkimii App
- First, click the PlayStore or App Store link within the text message or email received.
- You will be redirected to the PlayStore or App Store, where you can "Install" the Alkimii App

Setting your Alkimii Password
Once installed, you will need to go back to the text message/email received to get the link to set your password for the Alkimii App

Click the link at the bottom of the message,
- You will be directed to the following screen within your mobile browser
- Your password must meet all criteria listed in grey in order to be accepted
- Click the "Create" button.
- Once this has been created, you can now log in to your Alkimii App
Log In to Alkimii
- Open the recently installed Alkimii App
- You will be asked to enter an email address to log in, this will be the email address you have provided to your employer.
- Once entered, click the "Confirm" button
- Next, you will need to enter your newly created password and click the "Login" button
- You will be taken through the Terms & Conditions which you will need to tick that you have read and confirm
- Lastly, you will be provided with an introduction to the application
