      How to reset your Alkimii password on your Desktop?

      This article will show you the steps to create and reset your password.

      Search on your browser for the Alkimii Login Page

      • Click "Reset Password?"

      This will direct you to the reset password page. 

      • Enter your email address 
      • Click "Send me reset password instructions" 
      • You will receive an email with a password reset link. 

      If the email address you entered is not connected to an Alkimii User, you will not receive password reset instructions

      • Follow the change my password link 

      This link can only be used once. 

      • Enter your new password

        • Ensure your password meets the requirements 
        • Your new password cannot be a previously used password
        • Click Reset Password
      • You will receive an email notifying you that your password has been changed.
