How to reset your password on the Alkimii Phone App?
This article will help you to reset your password on the Alkimii Phone App.
- Open myAlkimii App on your Phone.
- Enter the email address associated with your Alkimii account.
- On your login screen navigate to "Forgot Password"

- You will have the option to either "Reset Password" or use the "Quick link Login" to access your account.
- If you choose the 'Quick Link Login' option, an email will be sent to your registered email address. Simply click the link on your mobile device to log in
- You may be prompted to select a 'default browser.' Once selected, you may also need to set the Alkimii app as your default option.

This process will sign you into your account automatically, with no need to reset your password.

- Alternatively, select "Reset Password" to change your account password.
- an email will be sent to your registered email address. Simply click the link on your mobile device to log in
- This will redirect you to your mobile web browser where you can reset your password.
- Please ensure the new password has complied with the checks. These will appear in green if the password is satisfactory.
- Enter your new password
- Retype this password (confirm password)
- Update
