Forgot Your Password? How to Regain Access to Alkimii Mobile App

If you've forgotten your password or can't log in to your Alkimii account, this guide will help you regain access quickly. You have two options — choose the one that works best for you.

 

Before You Begin

Make sure you have access to the email address linked to your Alkimii account. Both options will send an email to that address.

 

Step 1 — Open the App and Enter Your Email

  1. Open the Alkimii app on your phone.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your Alkimii account.
  3. Tap "Forgot Password."

You'll now see two options. Choose one below.

Option A — Quick Link Login (No Password Reset Needed)

This option lets you log in instantly via a link sent to your email. You won't need to create a new password.

  1. Tap "Quick Link Login."
  2. An email will be sent to your registered email address.
  3. Open that email on your mobile device and tap the link inside.
  4. You may be asked to choose a default browser (e.g. Chrome or Safari). This is a one-time prompt from your phone, simply tap your preferred browser, then tap "Always" to confirm.
  5. You may then be asked to set Alkimii as your default app. Tap "Always" again to confirm.
  6. You'll be signed in to your Alkimii account automatically.

✅ You're in! You should now see your Alkimii dashboard.

Option B — Reset Your Password

Use this option if you'd like to set a new password for your account.

  1. Tap "Reset Password."
  2. An email will be sent to your registered email address.
  3. Open that email on your mobile device and tap the link inside.
  4. You'll be taken to your mobile browser where you can create a new password.
  5. Enter your new password. It must meet the following requirements:
    • At least 8 characters long
    • Contains at least one capital letter
    • Contains at least one number
    • Each requirement will turn green once it's been met
  6. Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
  7. Tap "Update" to save your new password.
  8. Close the browser and reopen the Alkimii app. This allows the app to load your updated login details.
  9. Log in using your email address and your new password.

✅ You're in! You should now see your Alkimii dashboard.

💡 Tip for Managers: If a team member is having trouble accessing their account, check that the email address on their Alkimii profile is one they can currently access — for example, a work email they're actively using.
