How to reset your password on the Alkimii Phone App?

This article will help you to reset your password on the Alkimii Phone App.

• Open myAlkimii App on your Phone. 
  
• On your login screen navigate to Forgot Password

• In the Forgot Password view, click Reset 
  
• You will receive a message to the email you have linked to Alkimii
  
• In this email, click "Change my Password"
  
• You will receive a pop-up to enter a new password. 
  
  
  • Enter your new password
  • Retype this password (confirm password)
  • Update
